These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed with Dreamy Homes – please read carefully before placing your order. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.
We will issue an email with your order confirmation this will clearly state the items you have ordered and prices.
You may for a short period be able to cancel an order placed, however if you have received your order confirmation of dispatch then you will have to return the unwanted items at your expense following the guidelines below.
Shipping & Returns
If for any reason you are wanting to return items, you may do so for a full refund of purchase price only within 14 days of purchase. You will need to return the item at your own expense, securely packaged with your name and order details inside. Orders returned after 14 days will not be refunded and you will have to arrange collection to get the items back to you.
If for any reason an item arrives faulty we will replace it. This guarantee does not cover items misused or abused. Goods should not be returned to Dreamy Homes without prior agreement. All returns should be packed properly in their original packaging; only goods in their original packaging will be credited.
All prices may be subject to change without notice.
We will not refund items that we deem to have been used and aren’t in their original packaging (you will have to arrange collection from us).
We use a courier to dispatch some of our items and automatically require a signature. If you want your parcel left in a safe and secure place please let us know in the comments box at the end of the process of placing your orders. We will not be held responsible for an item going missing once it has been left on your property.
If you decide to change the delivery address once your item has been dispatched our courier company charge us £7.50 for this service and we will pass this cost on to our customer.
Delivery by Royal Mail
Items are sent out by Royal Mail 2nd class post unless otherwise stated. When sent, proof of postage is always kept.
If for some reason an item becomes lost in the post, Royal Mail will not look in to the disappearance until 15 working days has passed. We will always ensure any lost items are looked into. If for any reason an item becomes lost please contact me to resolve this. We cannot be held responsible for items being damaged in the post.
All sizes are approximate and slight variations in size and colour may occur. All our items are for decorative use only and are not toys. Due to the risk of choking from small parts these items are not suitable for children under 36 months.
We do not supply wall fixings or screws.
We do have the right to refuse to supply goods.
We have the right to reclaim the cost of storage and/or redelivery and/or other related costs where the customer fails to accept delivery of goods.
The goods will be left at the customers risk as from delivery to the address given at the time of ordering.
1.1 It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible only if you have registered.

This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

When using this website you shall not post or send to or from this website any material:
(a) for which you have not obtained all necessary consents;
(b) that is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise is contrary to the law in the United Kingdom;
(c) which is harmful in nature including, and without limitation, computer viruses, Trojan horses, corrupted data, or other potentially harmful software or data.
We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requiring us to disclose the identity or other details of any person posting material to this website in breach of Paragraph.
